Anti-aging Therapies

Anti-aging remedies
IV Remedies and specific food ingredients/ recommendations to combat premature aging

Dr Parviz Rashvand, ND, PhD

Aging is a natural phenomenon which happens to anything existing in our material universe. It is not just about biological entities, but it applies to everything else. Stars get old and so do galaxies and everything which could fit within.
Our human body is not separate from this natural phenomenon. However, the problem we face today is how to reduce the speed of aging and the factors of premature aging. We just don’t want to get old fast.

Are there any ways to help us achieve this?
Aging happens when we lose our ability to correct the errors which happens to our biology and the body all the time.

The causes for that includes:

  • Cellular damages, mostly to the membranes of our cells or the membranes of vital organelles
  • Damages to the structure of our genetic blueprints (DHA and RNA)
  • Accelerated loss of blood vessels or long-term compromises to the flow of blood and vital fluids to our tissues and cells.

Then how can we reverse the factors of premature aging or at least slow them down?
Here are some of the answers:
My clinical practice is based on creation of balance and not necessarily to cure diseases. In fact, diseases (or dis-eases) are the result of loss of balance and when people become healthier as more balanced, the disease factors in them should disappear too.

For antiaging therapies, you can pay attention to the followings:

1. Ozone Therapy
Ozone (O3) is an active and unstable form of oxygen, naturally produced during lightening.

However, when our cells receive enough oxygen inside, they will produce more of the energy required to repair the cellular errors and damages, keeping us young and healthy.

What is ozone therapy?
Ozone therapy is the use of medically graded ozone gas to stimulate the recovery process of the cells disturbed by diseases and degenerations.
Ozone is applied to live tissues and cells and as a result, it enhances the electron transport across the membranes of the cells to regenerate more energy.
The electron transport is called “the cellular breathing” and according to the medical physiology, when the oxygen enters the mitochondrion, the powerhouse of the cell, it combines with food molecules (fatty acids, glucose of amino acids) to produce/ extract/ release their energy. This energy is then stored as ATP (Adenosine triphosphate) and used when needed to support any function in the body.
We need energy for eating, sleeping, thinking, detoxing, and everything else. Additionally, we need it to repair the damages and to recovery from diseases! That is how healing happens and cells stay young and powerful.
Ozone therapy has been used in Europe for many decades and in the US since the 1980. The factor of oxygen utilization in a cell is a good measurement of longevity and premature aging!

2. Megadose of Vitamin C
Vitamin C also referred to as ascorbic acid or ascorbate is a miracle of nature when it come to health and vitality. Through thousands of studies, vitamin C is proven to help with:

  • neutralizing the free radicals in our body that lead to oxidative stress
  • prevention of premature skin aging and delay the visible signs of biological skin aging
  • collagen synthesis and strengthening and with skin health
  • oxidative stress which leads to dull, tired-looking skin, it the boost it needs to look younger and fresher
  • treatment of anemia by improving absorption of iron, which is needed to make red blood cells
  • production of collogen and elastin fibers
  • supporting recovery from stress and adrenal fatigues for any cause
  • recovery from burns and wounds heal
  • creation of younger and stronger blood vessels (arteries and veins)
  • improvement of overall immune support and increase resistance to sickness and infections
  • heart and cardiovascular health
  • memory health
  • prevention of periodontal disease
  • prevention of sepsis (blood infections)
  • prevention of upper respiratory infections/colds
  • prevention of seizure disorders
  • and of course, with improvement of general health and vitality

Good sources of vitamin C include citrus fruits, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, strawberries, and sweet peppers.

3. Non-invasive Frequency therapy

For Various Applications such as:
To Stimulation & Normalization of the Human Growth Hormone (HGH)

  • To Support and Stimulated Adrenal Gland Functions to combat stress
  • To Stimulate overall Circulation and Micro-Circulation in the body, enhancing perfusion of the tissues
  • And many more (depending on your body needs)

Reduction of growth hormone by growing older is considered as a contributing factor to natural and even promote aging.
However, application of actual growth hormone preparations would bring unexpected side effects, triggering other health issues. We DO NOT advise that.
Instead, it is very much possible to stimulate our own nature growth hormone production using safe and effective techniques such as application of frequencies of light or sound which resemble the vibration of the natural function in us when younger!
The use of frequency devices is non-invasive and are designed to stimulate your natural growth hormone production (or any other goal) to a better function with no adverse effect. This is different than giving hormones or any hormone-type medicine/ supplements for that purpose. We Do not mess up with your natural hormone balance at all!

How does it work?
Every element in the universe constantly emits energy. In a famous quote, Nicola Tesla says: “if you want to know the secrete of the creation, think of energy, frequency and vibration”.
Our cells and body parts also emit frequencies too. In the way that our cells are different in shape and functions in comparison to other ones, although having the exact same genetic makeup, they also vibrate differently in a unique way. This is the energy signature of our individual cells.
By using advance frequency devises such as the Rife machines, it is very much possible to produce specific energy signals to affect any given target within the body to stimulate or sedate its functions. It is also possible to zap a pathogen, like shattering a wine glass with the right frequency without harming any other cell in the body. Rife was able to cure patients very effectively for that when he got rid of the disease in 16 terminal cancer patients whom he received from the American Medical Association (AMA) back in 1934 with no losses.

4. NAD Preparations
NAD (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in all living cells. It plays a key role in regulating natural cellular functions, energy production and even DNA repair.
This essential compound also supports cells to produce energy and carry on the life the way it is intended to. It also restores energy, improves cellular damage, increases athletic performance, and could even aid in mental clarity and alleviating depressive episodes.
However, as we age, the levels of NAD decline, which can affect our health and longevity.
Another vital role of NAD is to make cell proliferation possible, and for that, it is one of the most potent anti-ageing molecules due to its ability to decrease the rate at which the telomeres in our chromosomes shorten.
Energy production of the mitochondria (where ATP is produced) depends on NAD+ concentration and oxygen availabilities in there (AKA O2 utilization). It is all about absorption of more electrons and reduction of the hydrogen ion in our cells.
If the mitochondria of the cells are not functioning correctly, a lack of energy will affect the cells, and if not reversed, this ultimately leads to disease.
Administering a high dose NAD+ straight to the bloodstream aids in a faster more effective outcome. The high dose optimizes your NAD levels, which revs up the energy engine in your cells.
The highest and most desirable antiaging effects of NAD+ will be very much accentuated if it is done administered along with intravenous (IV) ozone therapy and large doses of vitamin C. Intake of other food remedies such as alpha lipoic acids, poly unsaturated fatty acids (omega 3), vitamin D and vitamin E, as well as Co enzyme Q 10 (in elderly people) with potent antioxidant remedies such as grapeseed extract will for sure enhance the result dramatically.

4. High does Vitamin D
Megadose Preparations (as intramuscular injections, IM) to the levels with no toxicity

Vitamin D is proven to help with fine lines and wrinkles through its ability to work as an antioxidant. As we age, out telomers (the end of our DNA strands which determine how our cells age) shortens. Low vitamin D may very well correspond with shortening of our telomers. Vitamin D3 (the active form of vitamin D, AKA 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D) increases collagen production in fibroblasts, the cells responsible for production of collagen. Not only that, it also prevents the expression of wrong genes which are responsible for damage in collagen fibers.
Vitamin D also stimulates skin cells to produce more hyaluronic acid, a natural ingredient that helps retain water in the skin and give it more hydrated and youthful appearance.
Additionally, the active metabolites of vitamin D help protect the skin from major skin aging factors such as UV, radiation and environmental pollutions, decreasing inflammation and repairing the skin’s epidermal barriers. By countering oxidative damage, vitamin D may help reduce aging signs, including sapping and loose skin. It supports collagen and elastin production, improving skin elasticity and reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Healthy vitamin D levels promotes skin rejuvenation and youthful flow.

Additional information for general antiaging and rejuvenation tips you may need to know and Remedies for Antiaging Purpose

 1- Vitamin E (AKA tocopherol)
Vitamin E is considered as a very potent fat-soluble antioxidant famous to delay aging process. This is an important function to keep free radicals away from causing cellular damage in us, a factor directly related to premature aging. One of the benefits of oral supplementation with vitamin E is more glowing skin that makes us look younger. However, it cannot make wrinkles go away or prevent sunburn. But it is an important nutrient to keep our liver and heart younger by dissolving small clots which may cause further blockages in us in future and it may also prevent many age-related degenerative disease.

2- Alpha-lipoic acid
(αLA or ALA) is an antioxidant made by the body. It is found in every cell, where it helps turn glucose into energy (a potent antioxidant properties, has been shown to enhance insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake).
Antioxidants attack “free radicals,” waste products created when the body turns food into energy. It maintains biochemical reactions within mitochondria, the cellular powerhouses that are important for producing cellular energy.
The anti-aging effects of alpha-lipoic acid, a natural antioxidant synthesized in human tissues, have attracted a growing interest in recent years.
αLA is a short- -chain sulfur-containing fatty acid occurring in the mitochondria of all kinds of eukaryotic cells. Both the oxidized disulfide of αLA and its reduced form (dihydrolipoic acid, DHLA) exhibit prominent antioxidant function.
The amount of αLA inside the human body gradually decreases with age resulting in various health disorders. Its deficiency can be compensated by supplying from external sources such as dietary supplements or medicinal dosage forms.
αLA shows a protective role in biological systems by direct or indirect reactive oxygen/nitrogen species quenching. αLA demonstrated beneficial properties in the prevention and treatment of many age-related disorders such as neurodegeneration, metabolic disorders, different cancers, nephropathy, infertility, and skin senescence.

3- Polyunsaturated fats or essential fatty acids (AKA EFA, Alpha-linolenic acid or ALA)
Essential means we MUST consume them from food as our bodies cannot make them.
Healthy fats can significantly impact the appearance of aging skin. A daily dose of omega-3 oils may slow down aging process, according to a major clinical trial of interventions that aim to extend humans’ health span. The antiaging of these miracle foods are accentuated if taken align with vitamin D. They have anti-inflammatory effect and are considered essential in keeping the membrane of our cells flexible and functional. In our typical diet of today, we receive much more omega-6 which triggers more inflammation as the result and therefore pushing us out of the balance even more.
EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) and (docosahexaenoic acid) DHA are a part of these important nutrients and are specifically related to fatty fish and certain shellfish. Eggs, natural dairy and red meats also contain EPA and DHA if raised and fed naturally.

Very important notice: Taking purified omega 3 supplements are NOT advised to the ones who have any sort of active microbial issues such as acne, ongoing chronic diseases, or any form of eczema unless the microbes are eliminated first. Otherwise, the omega fats will feed the bugs too and will make them stronger, something you do not want to have! This applies to oral vitamin B complex or multivitamin preparations, as well as apoptogenic herbs such as ginseng.

4- Co enzyme Q 10
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a natural antioxidant that plays a crucial role in fighting aging by supporting collagen and elastin production, protecting against free radicals, and improving cellular energy. It not only helps enzymes in our body work better and therefore, the entire system will work more efficiently, but also it is an important cofactor in production of power in the muscle cells, especially of the heart.
CoQ10 has been also shown to penetrate the skin following topical application and to be highly effective at protecting against skin damage at the cellular level while improving signs of cutaneous aging.
This makes a lot more sense if you are over 45 years old. The concentration of Co Q factors in our cells declines by aging, similar to other important ingredients which are there to slow down aging process in us. While it is famous to increase sperm motility and fertility in male, think about the power it could bring to the rest of the cells in our body!

 Other Causes of premature aging?

  • Excessive exposure to light is a top cause of premature aging:

Sun damage is the number one cause of wrinkles and skin that has been permanently damaged. Sun exposure causes many skin problems. Ultraviolet (UV) light and exposure to sunlight age your skin more quickly than it would age naturally. The result is called photoaging, and it’s responsible for 90% of visible changes to your skin. UV light damages skin cells, contributing to premature changes like age spots. This sun exposure increases the risk of skin cancer

Wrong environmental or lifestyle factors that cause premature aging include:

  • Smoking, especially the commercial cigarettes: the cigarettes available on the market contain an average of about 4700 chemicals, some of which proven to be carcinogenic. Shisha is even worse since the tobacco which is usually highly processed and full of artificial (chemical) flavours are burned by a piece of hot charcoal on the top of some aluminium paper. This is a disaster. Not only the chemicals will cause major toxicity to the body, the consumers inhale vapours of aluminium burned by the hot charcoal into their lung. Generally, the toxins in nicotine alter the cells in your body. These toxins break down collagen and elastic fibers in your skin, leading to sagging, wrinkles, and a hollow, gaunt face.
  • Unhealthy Diet: One of the most commonly misunderstood aging factors is the effect that food has on the body. There are foods that you can eat which make you retain a younger body and foods that can accelerate signs of premature aging.

Choosing a diet that is high in bad fats, Processed and commercial cooking salts (sodium chloride), refined sugars, processed foods such as fast foods and canned foods, and foods low in fresh fruits, vegetables and fibers creates an internal environment that is anything but youth friendly. They cause excessive inflammation in the boy and turn the pH into more acidic which becomes suitable for degeneration, as well as the medium for the growth of the bad and pathogenic microbes. They may include refined sugar, white flour, commercial dairy products or even excessive amounts of healthier dairy products and will contributes to a faster aging process. These foods tend to make the body “heavier” in feel and appearance because the internal organs are actually suffering from inflammation. The shelves of our stores nowadays are full of such products including the commercial shacks, commercial ice creams, many forms of salad dressings, the majority of the commercial cooking oils and so on.

On the flip side, diets filled with plenty of fruits and vegetables which automatically carry more nutrients and antioxidants will help to prevent premature skin and tissue changes.

Aside from this, our bodies do not process foods that are not in their natural form, which means the organic breakdown of nutrients is not being put into biological good use. They include foods which are genetically modified, AKA GMO when the genes of food particles are changed and altered. This is totally against the rules of nature (even though it is good for business and making money) and sooner or later, may be the cause of unlimited diseases or death in future.

  • Stillness and lack of physical activities: excessive laziness or wrong and long-term habits of sitting and not moving enough will create the state of stagnation o=in us. A true definition of health is “the ease in the flow”, here, the flow of fluids and energy within us. Similar to a pond with rotting smell and a lake is the flow only. The water in a pond is stagnated and does not move. That is why it starts to smell and harbours many insects and other nasty creatures. Whereas the waves in a lake moves the water and make it alive and enjoyable. Our modern lifestyle of today is a major cause of lack of physical activities in us. But it is important to know the importance of movement and exercise. Not only it keeps our body mass healthier, but also it produces the happiness hormone called Serotonin to make us feel better and have a higher motivation for a better future.
  • Alcohol: excessive alcohol consumption can dehydrate and damage your skin over time, leading to signs of premature aging. Moreover, alcohol will damage the liver, the most important internal organ for detoxifying the blood. When liver is put into excessive pressure, the toxicity of the blood will rise and therefore, the cells will have to live in the surrounding pool of fluid which id dirty and unclean. Of course, they get damaged and become old fast!
  • Poor sleep: low quality (or not enough) sleep makes our cells age faster. Although taken for granted by most of us, a good quality sleep plays some very important roles in our well-being and longevity. While sleeping, the body prepares itself ready for another new day to come by replenishing what is needed for the efficient functions of the upcoming day. The hormones and neurotransmitters, among many other micronutrients are built and ready for use. Not only that, our body detoxes itself from harmful chemicals and repairs what was damaged in us in the previous day. Seeping on time and sufficient is a real key to prevent diseases and keep us younger and more vibrant.
  • Stress: When we’re stressed, the brain pumps out cortisol, a stress hormone. Cortisol blocks two substances that keep your skin looking plump and vibrant: hyaluronan synthase and collagen.
  • Premature Aging and Attitude: The mind plays a significant role in whether we are aging faster or slower, and we can use the mind to help us accelerate or decelerate the process.

Happier people are quite simply younger looking people. The more you hold hope, optimism, and joy at the top of your list of priorities, the younger your face will appear.
Moreover, happier people live longer often with fewer health problems like heart disease, high blood pressure, and even aching joints and bones.
Perpetual anger and distress can form permanently on the face in the form of fine lines and deep wrinkles, two sure signs of premature aging.
When the face expresses chronic sad or angry emotions, the constant scowling can turn into wrinkles formed by muscle memory.
A happier face is devoid of wrinkled eyebrows and scowl marks because the muscles have spent more time in a relaxed state.
This doesn’t mean that one bad day will give you a face full of wrinkles, but how your face carries your expression more than 50% of the time can determine how prematurely you form wrinkles, where, and how deeply.
