Stress Management
Today, it is proven that stress has a large hand in presence of many chronic and auto-immune diseases. In high pace societies, people experience stress in many different occasions, sometimes constantly. Driving becomes a stressful task. Dealing with demanding bosses, irrational business partners, money and finances, relationship, keeping higher style of living, children’s school and well being, large numbers of fears factors, unpleasant past memories that don’t want to let us go, and constant worries about the future that has not come yet are just some examples of what people experience from day to day life. .

Stress is actually a defense system of fight or flight to save us from possible dangers. However, it becomes a burden to our health if we are not aware of it, allowing it to drag on and on. This creates a weakness slowly in the adrenal functions that act as the engine in our bodies. Long exposures to adrenalin and steroids that are naturally produced by the same adrenal glands will make our immune system function compromised leading to a chance for microbes to reside within our bodies. In addition, the lack of circulation to our digestive system makes our bodies more susceptible to weaker digestion and less absorption of nutrients, leading to many nutritional deficiencies. It basically, depletes our bodies by days!
